Our community managers take a hands-on approach to their work, and we insist on keeping our services in-house. After all, walking down the hall is far superior than hoping a vendor will return a call. This approach provides job security for our employees and ensures that people who care about our services are in charge of our services.
As a local business, we employ more than 20 staff who provide professional community management, accounting, and support services. Staff turnover is a challenge in our industry, and we feel fortunate that more than half our team has been with us for more than five years.
