We unfortunately had a recent experience which resulted in a tremendous amount of shattered glass covering a dumpster area, leaving it unsafe to approach. Eric showed up, ON A SUNDAY, and spent hours thoroughly cleaning the entire area of the shattered glass. Eric did a thorough job cleaning the entire area, and I'm so grateful! In hosting our annual meeting in December, they did an excellent job in organizing and communicating with our homeowners and we had a great turnout. Most recently they have been instrumental in assuring an important amendment change to our documents was sent to our homeowners as planned. They will continue to assist us with the ballots to hopefully have the amendment pass. All in all, I feel CMS and their staff do a great job.

Just signed back up with CMS in September, but the improvement over previous MGMT company is fantastic. Looking forward to new year with CMS team.
