They are supportive of any issues or... read more questions we have and respond very timely to our needs. In hosting our annual meeting in December, they did an excellent job in organizing and communicating with our homeowners and we had a great turnout. Most recently they have been instrumental in assuring an important amendment change to our documents was sent to our homeowners as planned. They will continue to assist us with the ballots to hopefully have the amendment pass. All in all, I feel CMS and their staff do a great job.
